Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe or your account will automatically revert to a read-only mode.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How does the annual plan discount work?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free — a saving of ~20%. The full amount is billed once per year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable for the remaining months, but you keep access until expiry.
What is gsEasyScript?
gsEasyScript is gStockly's proprietary scripting language for building custom stock screeners. You can define conditions using technical indicators (MACD, RSI, Bollinger, ATR…), price structures, and Fibonacci levels — then run them against thousands of tickers in seconds. Available on the Platinum plan.
